A doorbell at this entrance will alert reception staff, who will come and assist in the use of a platform lift allowing access to the main part of the building. The same platform lift is used to assist guests from the main part of the building to the lower level where the accessible toilet facilities are located.
An alternative route into the hotel, for guests with mobility issues, can be accessed through an archway to the left of the main entrance. There are 5 shallow steps (av. height 12cm ), leading to the terrace, and we have a portable ramp which can be used to enable wheelchair users access to the hotel via this route, should our platform lift be unavailable for any reason.
The car park is illuminated during the hours of darkness.
We are able to assist guests with luggage if required, so please ask on arrival.
